Come and join our Popular Yoga Brunch; a 2 hour all-level workshop followed by homemade vegetarian brunch.
We like to create yoga situations where we can also interact socially. Once a month we hold a Sunday Yoga Brunch at the light filled and bright studio. The morning consists of a calm and relaxed yoga practice to suit all levels. After the practice we serve a nutritional brunch that reflects the season and were you can chat and connect with new and old freinds. If the weather allows we will enjoy the sunshine on our patio. This Sunday Brunch is a real treat! You will leave calm, happy and ready to start a new week .
The group is never bigger than 10-12 people which means that everyone will get plenty of attention by hour in-house teachers Liz and Anna.
