Autumn practice and autumn food. The yoga brunch offer a 90 min all level yoga & meditation practice followed by a shared meal with seasonal vegetarian food. The practice as well as the food is lovingly prepared by your yoga teachers! A relaxing and nourishing way to spend a lazy Sunday morning. A real treat!
